Rapid Manaslu Circuit Trek

12 Days

Manaslu Circuit Trek 12 days is the shorter version of the Manaslu circuit trek. It is one of the most incredible adventures in the Himalayas—the trip around the 8th highest mountain in the world. Twelve days Manaslu circuit trek is considered the best alternative to the Annapurna base camp trek and even the Everest base camp trek. The best off-the-beaten trekking in Nepal, this trip combines exploring the natural and cultural beauties of the Himalayas. The trail collects rich biodiversity, cultural aspects, incredible mountain views, and more. Near the Nepal-Tibet border, the trek also offers a glimpse of Tibet-like culture, traditions, and living style.

The next main highlight of the Manaslu circuit trek of 12 days is Larkya La Pass (5160m.), an excellent high Himalayan pass. Larkya peak offers the most fabulous views of the Himalayas. Exploring some of the historical Buddhist monasteries and the caves- which were the retreat centre for the Buddhist monks- is also part of the trekking.

Likewise, the best time to trek to the Manaslu circuit is in spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). Manaslu is a restricted trekking area, meaning the trekkers can not trek on their own. The rules to travel to the Manaslu circuit are to take a government-registered guide, travel via government-certified trekking companies in Nepal only, and have trekkers at least.

To trek to Manaslu, three trekking permits are needed to be issued. The licenses required for the Manaslu circuit trek 12 days are ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Permit), MCAP (Manaslu Conservation Area Permit), and the restricted area permit.
