Mount Kailash Inner Parikrama Kora

Mount Kailash Inner Parikrama Kora is 14 days in Kailash Mansarovar Yatra from Kathmandu. A fascinating trip to Kailash starts with exploring Pashupatidham and the Narayan temple of Budhanilkantha. It then goes to Nepalgunj, where you will take a swift helicopter flight to Simikot. One night at Simikot is designed for acclimatisation. Likewise, you can also visit Lord Shivas’ temple at Simikot.

Then you will then fly to Hilsa from Simikot by helicopter. Our Mount Kailash Inner Parikrama Kora trek then enters Tibet, where you will meet our Tibetan guide. You will drive to Taklakot in China. Next morning with a short drive, you will reach Mansarovar lake at 4500m. There you will be performing puja, meditation, Havana and more. That will be a fantastic day in Mansarovar.  

Upon completing the puja at holy Mansarovar lake, you will drive to Darchen. Darchen is a place from where you will be starting your Inner Kora of Mount Kailash. At first, you will be driving to Yamdar, then up to Diraphuk, where the Kora begins. Next day you will further trek to Charansparsa on the north face of Mount Kailash. Whereas Puja is always part of the Kailash Inner Kora trip.

From Charansparsa, our Mount Kailash Inner, Parikrama Kora, will go to Zuthulphuk (4790m) 20 km. Via Kuber pass. Kuber valley is a beautiful place with Kuber Kunda. Upon exploring Kuber valley and Kuber Kunda, you will go to Zuthulphuk overnight. Exciting Mount Kailash Inner Parikrama, Kora then goes to Darchen to end the Parikrama before driving back to Taklakot.

Mount Kailash Inner Parikrama Kora Itinerary

  •  Arrival Kathmandu transfer to hotel, evening Pashupatinath visit.
  • Visit Budhanilkantha, then fly to Nepalgunj (50 minutes).
  •  Fly to Simikot(45minute). Rest for acclimatisation for high altitude at Simikot.
  •  Helicopter to Hilsa (Nepali border) 20-minutes
  • Please pick up the Shera border (walk 10 minutes), cross the border, enter Tibet, meet our Tibetan and Nepali crew, and drive to Taklakot O/N Taklakot (China).
  •  Drive to Holy Lake Manasarovar (4500 M) (78 km), and the rest of the day performing free spiritual activities such as the abode of God will be a lifetime – achievement. Pooja, Havana worship, meditation, holy bath etc., same days will finish Mansarovar parikrama by bus.
  • Drive Manasorovar to darchen(4560 m):- Overnight at darchen and preparation for kailash parikrama
  • Yamdwar 8 km and Trek up to Diraphuk 12km. Paikarma/Cora begins. Tarboche(Yam Dhwar) and trek up to walk approximately about 04/05 hour Diraphuk  (4890m).
  •  Trek upto charanispars near the north face of Kailash do some puja, and go back to deraphuk
  • Trek to Zuthulphuk (4790m) 20 km. Via kuber pass kuber valley kuber Kunda cross that valley and goes down to the Zuthulphuk.
  •  Zuthulphuk to Darchen, trek around 8 km. Parikarma ends.
  • Visit austhapath saptarishi cave nandi parikrama and back to Darchen and stay at darchen
  • Back to taklakot.
  • Drive to the Nepal border as soon as possible and fly by helicopter to Simikot (if the weather clears, same-day flight to Nepalgunj.
  •   Fly to Kathmandu.
  • Departure transfer to connect your onward journey.
