Everest Base Camp Trek 12 Days Best season and Permits
- The best seasons to trek Everest base camp are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). Everest trek in winter (December to February). And the month of the December is considered as one of the best months to trek Everest Base Camp. Although, the months of Monsoon (June to August) are not regarded as the best months.
- Everest Base Camp trip needs to have two different permits. The first permit for the trek is Sagarmatha National Park entry permit and which cost US$33 per person. The second permit needed for the trip is Pasang Lhamu Municipality charges and the cost for this permit is US$ 20 per person.

Lukla airport
• One of the interesting airports in the world. The flight to Lukla is a wonderful one. Meet your guide/porter and start the trip.
Phakding
• The small village at the lap of the Himalayas. You will stay at a local teahouse.
